Team Assembly
Team Assembly is the main contact for assemblies. It assists in setting up assemblies and coordinates requests that come from them during the conference.
It is to be expected that workload is greatest on Day 1 when villages are build together. On Day 2 one dedicated angel remains as contact person. After that the infodesk will be the primary contact for assemblies.
Requirements
Assembly Team members should be comfortable conversing in both English and German. As they do coordination work, members of the team should stay the same during the whole conference. Awareness
Team Awareness
These awesome volunteers will help us reach out and talk to victims of CoC violations, and make sure that they are heard and well taken care of.
Requirements

Badge Team
The HiP Badge team produced the electronic hacker badge, and we are your contact for questions, answers, requests, and all electronic badge activity.
Requirements
You can have experience in hardware engineering or simply be very enthusiastic about electronic badges.

The Bartenders manage the bar in the foyer.
Requirements
CERT
C.E.R.T.
The C.E.R.T., Chaos Emergency Response Team, is the medical and fire response team of HiP and will be available via DECT 112 and DECT 911.

Heralds (for speakers)
Heralds (for speakers)
Heralds introduce speakers to their audience. They keep track of the time and guarantee that speakers respect the time limit.
Requirements

Heralds
Workshop Heralds show up to the workshop location 15 minutes before the workshop starts. They make sure all workshop presenters have everything they need before they start. Responsibilities include: assisting setting up the presenter's computers to projectors, and technology required for the workshop.. Workshop Heralds keep track of the workshop time and guarantee that workshop presenters respect the time limit.
Requirements
Workshop Heralds need to be comfortable with speaking in front of an audience in English (and German helps). They need to be able to deal with minor technical problems that come up during presenting. Infodesk
Infodesk
Our volunteers at infodesk will help any creature find the information they need about the event. They are our first point of contact with our general public in need of information.

Room Coordinator

Room Coordinator
Room Coordinators make sure the talks go as smoothly as possible regarding crowd management. Before the talk, they let people into the room to take their seats, and let them outside after it. During the talk they make sure emergency exits are not blocked. In case of an emergency they lead people safely out of the room.

Yellow Team

Yellow Team
These are our most respected and awesome volunteers, responsible for keeping our toilets clean, stocked and in proper use. We will have a professional cleaning team to do the main cleaning work, if further cleaning is needed the Yellow Team will step in. Showers will be closed during the conference and thus are not part of the cleaning schedule.
